My Background
I have a background in aerospace and automotive engineering, project management, international business development and consulting… my passion however, is the world of personal development and spiritual growth. I trace the root of my interest in these areas to 1977, I was 7 years old and watched Star Wars – ‘To learn the way of the Force’ – to be Jedi… My perception growing up was very much influenced by these concepts, which today are more and more being accepted as universal concepts regardless of religion and beliefs. Different religions and spiritual groups may have alternative names for the concept of ‘Force’… spirit… god, divine consciousness – the truth is that we are one people, living on one planet… and in large we have a common purpose.
Although I studied engineering, I am at heart an imagineer… I am creative by nature, ideas and solutions flow very naturally. I enjoy using this creative nature in the field of developing personal development and character building programs for adults and kids. My technical background helps keep creativity grounded and practical.
In 2004 I established an automated stress reduction center utilizing technology based on ancient healing principles. In 2006 I added state-of-the-art neurofeedback technology to the center. Working in the personal development field with such technology provided greater insight into the mind and brain. However, in 2007 I was forced to close the center.
I have been creating kids programs since the birth of my second daughter. It started with creating character building games for birthday parties, I then started working with Karl Anthony on co-developing and producing character building programs for kids. I also co-created a media and art based character building workshops, camps and programs with my wife who has a background in design, art and loves to work and inspire children.
I was inspired to start speaking and training groups after attending a series of seminars with Marshal Sylver’s. Something I always wanted to do, but lacked the courage to do so. Truth be told, I was concerned what people thought about me… an old program from childhood. Within the context of our mental and emotional operating system are beliefs, patterns and habits that prevent us from living the life we deisre. Just as an IT consultant tends to a computer system, I work with the human IT system.
I know the impact personal development events have had on me… there is no greater gift, than seeing people transform during the seminars.
We decided to relocate to India in 2010 to experience life on the other side of the world. The decision was not entirely by choice, however, the decision was life changing and has opened up a new world of opportunities.
We have entered very interesting times. Old paradigms and blind beliefs seem to no longer serve the same purpose. Science and quantum physics is providing new profound insight about the power of thought, intentionality and perception. This information has clearly shifted the way we understand human consciousness. The conscious transformational era is in full effect… what can you do to debug, upgrade and empower your OS for Success?
